About CustomBlox

What is CustomBlox?

CustomBlox is a content management system (CMS), sometimes also called a web publishing tool.

It lets people like you manage the content on your website in a clear and easy-to-learn manner.

It has a place to upload your photos and other files that you want to share with your web site audience and it will do nice things like resize images that are to big, add neat-o file icons to files you embed, and it even allows you to create accounts for other people but limit the damage they can do.

Who is CustomBlox for?

It's designed to be used by regular folk who have: small companies; big companies; people who are artists; illustrators; and anyone else who lacks the time and effort to learn how to program or use ridiculously complex CMS systems with a million features that are far too complex to figure out even if you did want to use them.

What Technology is CustomBlox Built On?

CustomBlox was built with Microsoft ASP .Net and a lot of love (two things you rarely hear in the same sentence). There's also a MS SQL database in there somewhere too.

It is a hosted solution. This means you don't need to have separate host to use it. We'll host your site for you and it's included in all CustomBlox pricing.

Good news, although it is hosted, your email does not need to be hosted with CustomBlox and a separate email provider or your current provider can still be used.
